Commonly Asked Questions

How do I register for online account access?
Registration for Investor Connect® is required in order to access your account online. To register, simply click the Register Now link under the Investor Connect® login. To add additional accounts, such as a spouse, to your Investor Connect® access, please contact your financial advisor at (800) 644-1150.
I forgot my Username and/or Password. Now what?
If you misplaced your username or password, please follow the account recovery instructions by clicking the User ID & password help link under the Investor Connect® login. If you still require assistance, please contact the RBC Investor Connect® service desk at (800) 933-9946. Please note that your financial advisor cannot help you recover a lost or forgotten username and/or password.
What if I have questions regarding my investments, portfolio, and/or performance?
